Insight Director (Market Research)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Key research and analytics client contact. - Provide on-going analytical support utilizing marketing mix modelling and forecasting, to address a wide variety of client issues including media and new products. - Analyze consumer trends using syndicated and primary research. Presents data and learnings to clients, internal Mindshare teams and partner agencies. - Manage client expectations and provide superior service within agreed-to scope of work to maximize account efficiency and profitability. - Manage projects that primarily focus on the impact and/or ROI (return on investment) of media and marketing activities (including advertising, promotional activities and pricing strategies). - Develop and maintain all client and vendor relationships. - Work in an integrated fashion with client marketing insight and marketing professionals to make recommendations based on analyses and experience. - Support new business pitches.
