หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage and monitor logistic: warehouse and transportation related performance. (quality, quantity, on time delivery and transportation cost) 2. Plan, manage and evaluate logistics: warehouse and transportation operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers. 3. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance. 4. Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements. 5. Ensure all logistics staffs follow company rule, regulation and policy. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all connected with logistics process.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain/transportation with at least 10 years in management level. 2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or related field. 3. Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development. 4. Strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities. 5. Demonstrated knowledge of logistics problems, applications and distribution systems. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office software including WMS, TMS Excel and Power Point.
