Quality Assurance Coach ( Call Center )

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Summary: Responsible for quality assurance for customer contact center to ensure accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring telephone calls and recommending improvements. Essential Job Functions: • Conduct call monitoring • Provide appropriate feedback and guidance for the calls monitored to ensure KPIs and SLAs are achieved • Execute Call quality tasks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of CSRs • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and evaluate their adequacy • Document internal quality assurance activities and provide feedback to training department • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues • Collect and compile statistical quality data • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities • Identify training needs to meet quality standards • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions • Act as a resource to less experienced associates • May perform other duties as assigned. Work Conditions: • Working hours: between 8.30 am to 5.30 pm – Other hours might apply when and if needed. • Working days: Monday to Friday • Location : City Link Building; Bangkok

• • Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs • Product or industry-specific experience • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements • Thai language • English Language (Intermediate)
