หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Understand and study telecommunication and customer engagement products and projects 2. Conduct data analysis, propose and contribute to possible analytics dashboard for end customer 3. Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, and Customer Operation Team to provide statistics or business data that can help to drive business insights 4. Perform Proof of Concept execution 5. Conduct or assist in conducting Business Discovery, Customer workshops for AI for contact center, Video technologies or chat BOT, dashboard & data analysis 6 Writing functional specifications bridging technology and business language, with a focus on outcomes 7. Writing use cases / customer journey maps and testing scenarios 8. Perform system testing and support customer in performing User acceptance testing

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Major in Computer Science or related field (Fresh graduated are welcomed) 2. Good English written and spoken skills 3. Ability to write high quality technical and non-technical documents within applicable time frames. 4. Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language, preferably Java/Spring Framework, JS, Angular JS or Node JS 5. BI tool knowledge for MicroStrategy will be an advantage 6. AI Knowhow on voice bio metric, conversational AI will be an advantage 7. Experience in data analysis and data collection will be an advantage 8. Energetic, Self-starter and independent mindset is preferred 9. UCaaS, CCaaS, CPaaS
