Associate Finance & Accounting @Athenee Tower (BTS Ploenchit) **3-months contract** || TC

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage accounting operation month end closing, quarterly closing, and annual closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation. • Manage posting of entries to ensure proper controls are enforced and appropriate systems in place to maintain all required supporting documentation. • Manage payment process with internal control procedures for all cash disbursements and receipts. AP and AR management. • Inventory and assets management • Ensure of internal controls and accounting procedures. • Coordinating with audits and proper filing of tax returns. • Deal with external parties, banks, external auditor, tax consultant and revenue department to resolved financial/ accounting issues • Continuous developing and implementing new procedures with efficiency to streamline work process of accounting/finance function as well as cross function. • Support and facilitate all internal and external audits • Liaise with Tax authorities and customs as needed

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Educational background: B.A. majoring in Accounting 2. +5 Year Accounting experience 3. Fair command in English language (write/read/speak/listen) 4. Must be able to use Navision Software for Finance
