Business Analyst/Project Coordinator (9-12 months contract)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Document, review, analyze and evaluate business needs, operational needs, technology needs to develop functional and technical requirements for an enterprise technology system. - Define project implementation requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team to deploy a technology system; – Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions - Conduct and coordinate product, market, operational, technology and related research to support functional and technical design of a technology system - Determine functional and technical requirements by studying business functions, operational processes; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats – Construct workflow charts and process diagrams; studying system’s functional and technical capabilities; writing technical specifications – Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications – Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures – Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends - Support with research via internal and external sources (e.g. internal stakeholder interviews, industry reports, mystery shopping, discussion with technology vendors,…) - Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of enterprise architecture planning, as required and presents findings of studies to client committees - Track daily, weekly and monthly project activities across various teams and build standard KPI reports - Understand and communicate the business and operational impact of any technical, functional and system changes - Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes - Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant opportunities for improvement in delivery of project

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 4+ years of experience as a Business analyst, consultant (or equivalent) - Proven track record of being able to work with multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions - 2+ years of experience in financial institutions or transaction banking - Any experience in Enterprise Architecture or Enterprise IT projects - Supporting managerial decision making by synthesizing insights from quantitative analyses, benchmarks, research, collection of input from several stakeholders, etc. - Ideally with experience on technology-related initiatives and in interacting with IT teams - More senior profiles required to have experience managing more junior Analysts
