• Type of Business: Digital Platform Position: Marketing Specialist Location: Park Ventures Contract: 1 year Salary Range: THB 80,000 – 130,000 Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8 hours per day) Job purpose: As a part of the SMB partner team, you will be in charge of shaping, planning and executive Ads marketing events across Southeast Asia. As a member of the team, you work closely with the B2B marketing and sales team in the region to engage agencies. Plan and manage strategic programs, find creative solutions to projects and help connect clients to our products and technologies. You oversee all aspects of event management and production from content and program development, design, production, vendor management, logistics, invitations, sponsorships, promotions, budgeting and more. Your organizational skills, project management skills and creative flair all find their place in the role. Responsibilities: 1. Lead, coordinate and execute successful online and in-person event. End to end ownership of all events and high-quality experience, working closely with the in-marketing team (marketing & sales) and partner team, to ensure the flawless execution of all external facing events. 2. Use market insides to drive strategy and create revenue driving initiatives, own the tracking of key deliverables and leverage analytical skill to drive keep into the data, and optimize events towards driving quick results. 3. Lead program management and localization of these programs with the objective of upskilling, inspiring and growing the agency ecosystem in Southeast Asia (frequent travel will be required) 4. Develop relationships with senior internal and external for alignment and cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with sales teams to optimize performance of specific marketing programs. 5. Manage the operations for various advertiser and agency education and growth events, analyzing the performance of the projects, and communicating directly with partners and advertisers. 6. Manage invitation lists for hosted events to ensure attendance by the appropriate internal and external guests to drive impact. 7. Provide operational savviness, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously, and focus on execution and delivering results consistently. 8. Post event-create event summary highlighting key learnings and impact driven through the event. 9. Own localization of content and communication from global, regional and local programs.

• 1. Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2. 5-7years of experience in executive engagement programs, event management or program/product management experience. 3. Able to coordinate and communicate with stakeholder 4. Agency background / Strong project management / Consulting experience 5. Proficiently in English/Thai written and spoken
