หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Collection stages in and outbound 1-29 Days to minimize the delinquent accounts and amounts. - Daily collection, promise to pay by phone and take action in e-credit system and provide good performance. - Find out debtor information from other sources in case that cannot contact customer - Report supervisor in case the customer avoid , first payment defaults - Provide related support to customers. - Perform other tasks as assigned. - Maintain good relationship and professional manner to customers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or Female - Thai Nationality. - Bachelor Degree all related field. - 3 - 5 years working experienced in filed Collection. - Good communication skill. - Good negotiation skill and interpersonal skill and is detail oriented. - Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude and open-minded. - Familiar with basic PC applications, i.e. MS Office, MS Word and Excel Programs. - Good in English speaking, reading, writing and listening.
