HR&Administrator (@ปลวกแดง,ระยอง) สัญญาจ้าง 5 เดือน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Manage and handle payroll process, time attendance data, including social security, tax, provident fund and other claim - Overseeing the employee compensation and welfare benefits according to policy and legal requirements, such as Social Security, Group Health Insurance, Group Life Insurance, Petty Cash etc. - Manage and control training program, monitor & provide knowledge to employees - Follow up training report/Follow result / staff training record/evaluation training - Support in the areas related to administration, office management activities (control maid, driver, security guard)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related fields. - At least 3 years experience in HR field especially in Payroll . - Able to use Payroll program "Tiger soft" - Good command of English - Good at using Microsoft program (Word ,Excel, Powerpoint) - Have experience in administration job will be advantage - Able to work at Pluakdaeng,Rayong
