• - Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and announcing - Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls handle general affairs and office management - Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions - Support other job based on supervisor request

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor degree in any field - At least 1 year experiences in receptionist - Good communication skills and service mind - Good command of English both spoken and written (TOEIC if any) - Good in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point)
