หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • HR Generalist duty. Handle Overall Human Resource duty such as salary, social security insurance, attendent, payroll, company employment policy announcement, and etc. • Closely contact with line manager to deliver HR solution in terms of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Organization Development. • Assist HR Manager in SG for initiation of Global HR Project • In charge of consultation to group companies in Thailand and be center in HR matters • Cooperate and ensure HR process are in compliance with requirement from Regional Headquarters in Singapore. • Handle Payroll such as Salary, Allowance, Bonus, etc. • Administration of Employees Self Service system to update and maintain employee data on company HRIS system • Any other ad-hoc duties that assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai, Male/Female, Age 27 – 38 years old • Bachelor's degree or higher in Humance Resource • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources (As Generalist or Overall HR Duty) • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and other related laws. • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point) • Fluent in English with experience report to Expat Boss
