Software QA Manager (Strong in Robot Framework, selenium and automated testing) @ BTS area - KG

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Ensure consistent production quality by developing and enforcing Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards, validating processes, providing documentation • Develops quality assurance plan and conduct test preparation (test environment, data, etc.) • Execute test and log quality defect with correct severity • Deliver Test reporting (execution and defect) • Implement and maintain advanced test automation tools • Engage agile development environment which requires participation from product design to product delivery • Analyze test case failures and analyst a root cause as appropriate • Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses • Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes • Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits • Prepares quality documentation and reports • Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management • Assist in the Standardization of QA over various Global regions • Assist where needed in Automation of Regression Beds and use of End-to-End Automated Scripts within a testing format • Assist in performance/stress testing, security penetration testing • Manage a QA Thailand team

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai, Male/Female, Age 30 - 37 years old • Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, computer engineering, or related fields • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance • Strong skills in Robot Framework and automated testing conceptual • Good knowledge of backend platform architectures, container, REST/JSON • Good knowledge in testing automation tools for API, e.g., robot framework, selenium, etc. • Mobile platform Architectures, Microservices, REST/JSON • Agile environments and practices, such as Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration and Delivery • Experience managing subordinates • Strong oral and written communication skills in English *Equivalent TOEIC 800++
