AP Accountant @All Seasons Place, Contract 1 year + Renewable || TC

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Vendor master creation for Thailand - Tax invoice reconciliation ensure original tax invoices match with commercial ones. - Release the check to our vendors - Issue Withholding certificate and send to vendors - Verify payable invoices to ensure supporting ready for booking and WHT analysis - Provide necessary support to internal/external inquiry timely - Work closely with cross-function teams on any operational issues - Send the original copy of invoices to tax team while physically file entire set of payment documents - Other tasks assigned by managers

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business related - 3-5 working experiences in finance areas, AP related experiences is required; VAT/WHT related experienced is preferred. - Oracle/SAP/other ERP system experiences - Good communication skills in English, both in written and oral - Requires strong attention to detail - Good organizational and prioritization skills - Can work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated - Can work under pressure
