หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Responsible for HR department including support Administration of HR • Maintain and update HRIS on system including filling employee data. • Assist with the implementation of policies, rules & regulations, requirements by law. • Control office supplies including stationary, drinking water, etc. • Coordinate administration parties in the office such as maid, building management, etc. • Coordinate with IT support and manage to solve basics IT problem, etc. • Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or any related fields • Good command of both written and spoken in English *Equivalent TOEIC 700 • Minimum 4 years of working experience in HR&Admin; fields • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Basic knowledge about IT • Experiences or knowledge in SAP system will be advantage • Good team player and able to work independently and proactively with a good attitude • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
