Junior Customer Service Officer(Fresh Graduate is welcome) at Samutprakarn Salar

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Support the Senior CS officer in; - Receiving the order and raise the order to the team - Providing the necessary information on any inquiries via phone and e-mail - Updating with the client on order and delivering status - Processing the invoice or any related order's document for the client - Assist the team in documentation task; conducting the invoice documents and any order related documents - Keep record the order status and stock status in the ERP (SAP SD) - Ad Hoc assignment

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 0 – 1 year of customer service experience in manufacturing industry - Live in Samutprakarn or able to relocation to Samutprakan - Fresh Graduate is welcome - Willing to learn and be able to work under pressure - Fluent in English both written and verbal - Experience or used to be trained for using SAP SD - Possess service mind - Good Communication skills
