- 60%: System maintenance (to provide technical support for customers' systems/ to fix resolvable technical issues (depending on the levels))
-40% : Software development (project base)
o (System Maintenance)
• Technical Support our client's system (Tier2: coding)
• Solve issues (Workaround)
• Contact to the customer to explain from technical point of view
• Manage Incidents
• Improve processes by using automation
o *Mainly supporting 20company who are using Intramart
o (Software Development)
• Implement system & solution
• Communicate with our clients to achieve their goals

• Fluent in English, good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Java programing experience (2 years +)

• English skill (internal communcation will be in English)
