หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Supervise and perform routine operation of finance and accounting functions.
- Manage routine operation of finance and accounting function
- Supervise Finance Officer to perform routine operation. Verify sales voucher/receipt/ payment voucher also responsible bank reconciliation.
- Work with bank for L/G & L/C
- Handle forward contract with bank
- Perform some routine operation of AR functions.
- Set up customer credit control. Review and control customer’s credit line as per company policy, conduct meeting with sales and management for new credit customer
- Preparing AR Aging Report and follow up outstanding AR and handle customer disputes to rescues AR Aging. Conduct meeting for AR Overdue with sales team with updated progress report to management.
- Responsible month end closing activities, ensure all transactions are processed properly with accuracy according to accounting standard and local statutory report requirement as well as align with financial management reporting;
- Fund management / fund settlement activity and prepare cash flow report
- Responsible to review Balance Sheet Items and prepare GL break detail
- Support to prepare any financial report/analysis report as may require for business operation;
- Preparation detail supports as required by internal and external auditors and any additional assistance needed by them to complete annual audit"
- Liaise with Company Tax Team to ensure company fulfilment of its tax obligations

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration or related
- 3-5 years experienced in Finance or Accounting area
- Have experience of supervise junior member
- Good command of English both in oral conversations and writing *Equivalent to TOEIC 650
- Have experience in interaction with accounting, tax, and internal auditors
- Intensive Knowledge of AR
- Analytical skills in managerial accounting
- Have Strong leadership capability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
