หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for new project development, improvement and any value engineering activities for flexible packaging. - Manage and support R&D functional objective to develop packaging materials to meet with customer requirements and quality standards. - Seeking new innovation, technology and global market trend for flexible packaging. - Initiate projects and feasibility study in product development and service. - Understand budget and cost of materials and compare on commercial/technical basis with other substitute materials or alternate suppliers to achieve cost saving and reduce use of materials for sustainability. - Lead a cost comparison and analysis on the development of a new product along with other functions. - Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends from sales and marketing. - Work across functions with operations, sales, and marketing teams on new promotions or new business to drive the growth of business based on commercial practice. - Manage project as scheduled - Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Packaging technology, Material science, Engineering in material, Chemical science. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Packaging development, R&D function in packaging (Film, Plastic, Polymer processing) - Experience in flexible packaging/ film production process/ Sustainability packaging - Able to manage subordinates - Good command of English *Equivalent TOEIC 750
