หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Providing the information and advising customers about rental space/project - Finding the new customers lead, Cold-calling and approaching to customers - Sale the commercial real estate (project in company) - Supporing customers about ‘Sale and Purchase agreement - Coordinating between customers and financial institution - After-sales Service - Achieving the target in Sale (The building and helping customers find the tenant) - Marketing: - Creating and Providing of new idea and promotion comments with Marketing team - Market Survey (competitors comparing) - Creating campaign and post to Facebook page

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least 3 years working experiences in selling of commercial real estate - (can be building, house, condo experienced in sale commercial real estate amount more than 5M THB up) - Attractive , pleasant personality, Good interpersonal skills and services mind. - Negotiation skills - Able to work under-pressure - Able to operate independently - Energetic and responsible - Fast learning and hard-working - Able to use Microsoft office and I-pad
