หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Handle employee relations, payroll, benefit, and training. 2. Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems 3. Providing counseling on policies and procedures 4. Procurement and inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies; 5. Taking care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, business and personal contacts, potential vendors and relations, and cleaning and housekeeping services; 6. Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.) 7. Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by HR Manager and MD.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s degree in any fields - Background in HR & GA, familiar to service the General Affairs for local Thai Employee and Expat, also shift work, OT Rule & Regulation, basic compensation structure at least 3 years’ experience. - Fair in English communications need to service Japanese.
