หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Provide software application assistance and support through system monitoring and troubleshooting under the supervision from the Service manager, the client’s service team, and company technical team. • Resolve tickets and incidents, as well as escalate them if necessary • Maintain client service quality and service level agreements (SLAs) • Consult with the technical team and users to analyse software application functionality and suggest improvements • Maintain good relationships with clients and all of their security compliance • Provide training and guidance to end-users on application usage, especially newly developed functionalities • Manage and handle code migration across environments to ensure that functionality is maintained and synchronized • Maintain configuration change and application update records • Process documentation and application performance metrics monitoring

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Thai national, Male/Female, age 25 - 30 years • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or related fields • 2+ years or above of experience as an application support engineer in enterprise solutions (ERP, SCM, CRM) or a related field • Experience in enterprise application server (IBM WebSphere or similar) configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning • Experience in managing code migration, documenting configuration changes, and monitoring performance • Having a strong knowledge or basic experience in back-end programming languages such as SQL, Java
