• Cooperate with internal customers
• Providing customs HS code
• Coaching team member about customs HS code
• Uses appropriate communication methods to understand and share information with team members and other departments
• Works closely with team and other departments to ensure accuracy of information and completion of processes to deadline
• Verifies data and completes procedural checks against predefined processes or criteria to ensure accuracy and quality

5. Good command in reading and writing English
