หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Talent Acquisition

• Orchestrate the recruitment activity from talent sourcing, interviews, and job offers based on the Mundipharma policy.
• Ensure Onboarding and Development Activities for New Talents.

Talent Management

• Oversee the talent identification process and development plans.Ensure Individual Development Plan are in place and followed up
• Plan, Design and Implement Management Development Program in the Company with HR Director
• Develop, retain and motivate talent in company

Compensation and Benefit

• Ensure competitiveness of the compensation and benefit of employees within the industry.
• Manage the payroll processes and reporting

HR System and Operations

• Ensure the HR system is up to date and provides maximum value for efficient HR operations and decision making.
• Run the Performance Management System in the system
• Ensure all activities are in line with local and company regulations

Employee Engagement

• Establish activities and initiatives to promote great place to work for employees. Coach and counsel business leader and employees to solve engagement activities.

General Affairs

• Oversee the General Affairs Function including Office Management, Safety, Cleaning and Workspace Management

• HRIS Experience.
• Self-organized and works well under pressure
