Operational Risk Analyst - 1 year contract (Up to 100,000)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Assist and support in the coordination of the day-to-day operational aspects within OTBRC, such as Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Cross Border Data Clearance (CBDC). - Assist and respond to the local regulatory requirements regarding TPRM. - Support the tracking of all open Issue/CAP items to ensure closer is delivered on-time. - Maintain risk & control dashboard and monitor KIs. - Report and escalate to management as needed. - Coordination of activities between country and regional teams. - Act as the country point of contract for Third Party - Management related activities including local regulatory requirements and provide guidance to - Business on local TPM related requirements as needed. - Administer the Country Committee/Forum as per the charter and ensure that all discussions/actions are documented and communicated to all members. - Support internal audits and regulatory exams within the country pertaining to Third Party Management. - Maintain local Third-Party Inventory as required by local regulations and ensure a process is established to reconcile the local inventory with the corporate system of records. - As required, assist local regulatory reporting related to third-party management. - Assist in developing and maintaining local country level addendum to TPM Policy or Country Standards or Procedures, if needed, to comply with local regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with appropriate Business Management / In-Business Risk for information, escalations, or requests related to business relationships in country.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Work experience in banking / financial industry for 5+ years. - Master’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, MBA or related field. Microsoft Office 365. - Strong communication, analytical thinking, and conflict management skills. - Presentation skills. - Fluency in English
