Maintenance Leader at SCB Park Ratchayothin (Contract) Up to 50K || TC

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Lead maintenance team to perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. • Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and respond to facility equipment faults. • Plan and organize maintenance team, service vendors and contractors for overhaul, repair, maintenance, trouble shooting and fault analysis of facility equipment. Ensure high availability and reliability. • Responsible for supervision maintenance team, service vendors and contractors. • Supervise maintenance technicians, provide day to day operational supports and maintenance service to the Data Center facilities. • Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendation to resolve issue which may arise from vibration and other analysis as part of predictive maintenance. • Review & Improve the MOP document which is necessary for maintenance system.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • License for Professional Practice: Associate Mechanical Engineer (ใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม: ภาคีวิศวกรสาขาเครื่องกล) • Have experience in maintenance of facility & utility system for at least 5 years. • Knowledge of facility and utility system. • Knowledge of maintenance methods of facility equipment. • Knowledge of maintenance program & energy saving program. • Knowledge of data center facility equipment such as CRAC, PDU will be advantage. • Fair command in English language
