Office Management at MRT Bangsue (Contract 1 Year) Up to 45K || TC

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Supervise and organize activities in the Office Space (if having public speaking skills will be an advantage) 2. Taking care of all Office space & facility 3. Procurement of various office supplies for employees and departments. 4. Coordinate work to multiple interior designer , technicians, subcontractors and vendors for project renovate office. 5. Maintains files on work orders, proposals etc 6. Assists with the inspections on the any facility in office 7. Support team on other admin & operational tasks as needed/assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field. 2. Minimum of 4-5 years of related Admin / Office Space & Facility 3. Good in English and Thai (Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing). 4. Working knowledge of real estate and/ or building engineering disciplines, Office Space 5. Proven communication and negotiation skills both oral and written. 6. Project management, change management, coordination, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
