Call Center-Customer Services at MRT Rama 9 (Contract) || TC

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Manage and coordinate the customer intervention between Customer, SE Field Service or Subcontractor for Orchid PRB and RCD PRB. • Customer notification / reminding and follow up with customer to schedule the intervention. • Intervention summary and reporting with project team. • Gathering intervention report / evidence of the intervention and related document for reimbursement and ensure all documents are complied with reimbursement guide. • Expense summary / reporting of the reimbursement. • Meeting with project team and convey the information from project team to other related parties. • Report intervention data in bFO • Other tasks upon assignment to coordinate among SE organization to solve customer issue following I2P process.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or High vocational Certificate in any discipline eg. Engineering/Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or any equivalent, Electrical Engineering preferred. • Good in English communication (Written/Spoken) • Good communication skills • Fast learning attribute • Good in Excel (Pivot Table will be advantage), Word, PowerPoint skills
