Open for New Grad - Service Engineer (Mechanical or Industrial)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide customer support in sales & service inquiries. - Work out & provide quotations to customers. - Support Account Managers and Engineers in account management. - Process orders received from customers into in-house system. - Expedite orders by coordinating with Operations and Service Department on delivery of products. - Coordinate with, service and operations team for shipment and invoicing. - Maintain records of sales & orders entry of each customer - Assist Sales & Service Department in product requisitions. - Maintain proper records / filing system. - Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering - At least 1 year of experience as Sales or Engineering Service (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) - Be able to read mechanical drawing - Good command of English (Be able to communicate with APAC area)
