หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Purpose:  Performs inspections, sampling, and auditing. Receives and releases product lots while completing record reviews.  Designated Quality Responsibilities: Material and product inspections and releases; document review and approval, pulling of samples, reporting of non-conformances, monitoring facility GMP compliance. Responsibilities: • Performs incoming AQL inspection on finished goods/components according to written standard operating procedures, work instructions and specifications. • Completes and communicates data records and reporting for quality inspection to SQE Team. • Able to engage and communicate effectively with suppliers while on site. • Performs process and test audits as prescribed in standard operating procedures, work instructions and specifications. • Responsible for pulling and submitting a representative functional test sample. • Verifies and performs checks on SOP as established in procedures pertaining to operation areas before, during and after production. • Performs, monitors and documents first-article inspections and in-process checks in Product. • Responsible for reviewing and releasing finished product for shipping. Performs batch record review and approval as outlined to product specifications. • Responsible for overseeing process for received and released labels from quarantine are followed. • Reports any deviations, product, or in-process issues to Quality management. • Works with and supports Operation functions which involve Quality

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical major • Minimum 1-2 years in Quality Control or related work experience • Knowledge and experience with applicable Minitab preferred. • Good command in English or Chinese language • Excellent communication skills in writing, listening, and responding with feedback • Attention to detail and organization of tasks and work loads • Highly motivated and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Self-managing, able to workdays without oversight
