หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Make quotations to the oversea, shippers and follow up on the outcome. Follow up with customers and overseas inquiry such as shipment status, related document, billing, claim, and other requirements. Coodinate with Customer Services, Sales and other sections in order to share relevant information to support customer requirements smoothly. Follow up and solve the problem that caused by operation. Prepare of Customer Complain Report to supervisor to review. Review and update quotation with the current market price to the customers.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST • At least 1 years’ experience in Sales Coordinator or related in Freight Forwarder. • Good command of English
