Logistics & Planning officer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Control Inventories and Production Planning. • Support sales team & coordinate between Sales, Customers, Oversea suppliers, and Shipping Agent • Handle sales document & purchase such as invoice, P/O, quotation • Follow up all delivery progress and problem solving. • Handle international and local logistics, import documents invoice, packing list, BL, Delivery order. • Review and analyze customer firm orders and forecast with production capacity. • Managed procedures for receiving, storage, shipping and distribution, and coordination process. • Prepare report as assigned and Responsible of all other duties as all tasks as assigned. • Maintain optimum inventory levels to ensure on time deliveries to meet customer requirements. • Responsible for ensuring that proper shipping methods / co- packer are being utilized. • Create Cost Down activities for business. • Other assignments from the Manager.
