หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software. • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required. • Assisting with systems integrations. • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date. • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business. • Developing reports for teams across the business

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST •Bachelor or Master degree of related field • 3 years of Experience of Programing/ Coding (Java) •English Proficiency GOOD TO HAVE • Programing experience by other programming language •Who wants to work in global environment COMPETENCIES - high sense of responsibility, and self-motivated - team oriented - willingness to stay positive and work hard even though unexpected issues happen or when with pressure
