Store Operation Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• •Ensure and manage the entire operation of Store •Manpower planning and management (ex. plan shift, train leaders, trainings for various purposes etc) •Ensure the security of Store space, stock space, and other spaces •Monitor and manage daily operation to be smoothly run •Sales management and reporting •Stock management, forecast, order based on analysis •Coordinate, communicate and/or liaise with other internal teams •Need to manage their audit work •Perform translation tasks for Japanese i.e., document translation (Japanese and Thai)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST •Bachelor of degree in any related field •5+ years' experience of Store Operation Manager at mid - large size Retail Store (Japanese retails are welcomed) • car license GOOD TO HAVE •Experience of opening New Store, and knows what needs to be done to lead opening •Experience in Japanese retail business is plus •Good command of Japanese or English
