• 1 Order Processing Check essential items on customer P/O sheet and input to system Confirmation of delivery schedules and acknowledge by return to customers 2 Forecast Processing Forecast received via internet , EDI , PDF , Fax etc... 3 Order Release / Delivery (CO / TP) Expedite outstanding orders to vendor based on Comparative in NAVI Delivery Control and planning ( work with vendors and TSP Logistics ) Order Release entry and DO setting Stock transfer (when necessary) Arrange Direct shipment & billing for Urgent cases 4 Consignments VMI consignment billing Monthly VMI stock matching 5 Purchases Order Processing (PO) Check Interim screen in VSCOPE to decide auto PO transactions PO adjustments 6 Maintenance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST　 -Bachelor degree -English level: Good as English commander (TOEIC >600) -Have experience of Sales Coordinator or Customer Service at Manufacturing or Trading company -Have knowledge of Import and Export process GOOD TO HAVE -Have experience of Support for both of Domestic and Overseas -Have experience of taking care of Electronics Components/Sensors and Sensor Systems
