• Assist the management team to develop and implement annual recruitment plan.
• Responsible for the employee recruitment and dismissal
• Assist the management team to make the company HR plan
• Familiar with Thailand labor law and salary system convention. Optimize the company salary system and follow the salary payment
• Responsible for the employee training and development plan
• Apply for the payment of employee
• Employee daily attendance management
• Be able to deal with staff labor disputes

• Have experience of Recruitment / Training
• Good command in English.
• Able to work immediately.

• Work experience in Japanese company
