• Job Description • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always. • Responding promptly to customer inquiries. • Knowing Misumi products inside and out so that you can answer questions. • Processing quotations, orders, applications, and requests. • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment& following up to ensure resolution • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Answering customer questions through a variety of means such as online chats, email, or phone calls. • Escalate the problems to the appropriate support teams

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree • More than 2 years experiences in customer service at manufacturing company or call center • Good skill in negotiation, problem solving, good explanation to customer. • Can work under pressure from customer complain or limit schedule • Basic command of English
