หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Responsible for import process from Japan to Thailand - Support to handle import by coordinate with freight forwarder, shipping company regarding documentation checking process, delivery plan. - Prepare import documents and other relevant documents correctly - Follow up tracking to receive the products and deliver on time. - To handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication - Report and advice Sales Team about delivery schedule - Monitor problems and issues and promptly reporting to Marketing Manager - Other tasks assigned by Manager *Product: Vegetable and Fruits imported from Japan

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST: - At least 3 years’ experience in Import of food products - Can work fast pace and under pressure - Be able to communicate in English (reporting to Marketing Manager) - Have experience and knowledge of registration process to FDA (Good to have)
