หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• o General accounting operations related to payment in and out o Preparation of monthly cash flow statements o Hotel arrangements for business travelers and clients o Correspondence with accounting firm AAP (BS/PL is prepared monthly by AAP) o Manage Company car, offices, etc.,. (checking quotations and contracts) o Coordination with vender regarding employee medical checkups o Manage and renew work permits and visas for expatriates

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• o Bachelor’s degree in any related field o English communication skill o Experience Accounting admin at least 3 years o Experience working in Japanese company (GOOD TO HAVE) o Experience doing all the admins in a small company (GOOD TO HAVE) o Can get along with their corporate philosophy of "Credibility&Trust;" and "Teamwork” o Can work long time in a company
