GA&HR Coordinator/ BTS Asoke /Salary Up to 45K with High Benefit URGENT

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Coordinate with Outsourcing for accounting work and Payroll (report sales and expenses of the company).  Prepare monthly reports.  Handle all administrative works such as stationery ordering, office supply, staff welfare, repair & maintenance of office, document filing and etc.  Handle all contract, license, insurance, visa & work permit and etc.  Handle staff recruitment and employee related matters, such as records of annual leave, sick leave, OT and etc.  To execute tasks assigned by Supervisor  Report to Managing Director.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST • Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up) • English: Conversational level • More than 3 years’ experience in Human resources or general affairs. • Bachelor’s degree in any field • Able to work in new set up company GOOD TO HAVE • Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 up) • Knowledge of Japanese culture and work experience with Japanese companies are advantages. • Have knowledge of internet technology is a plus. COMPETENCIES • Proactivity, sincerity, and self-management skills.
