IT Officer / Near BTS Chong Nonsi/ Salary Up to 35K with High Benefits

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• o Provide day-to-day technical support to end users (around 140 users in 3 companies) and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers o Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain, and update technical support documentation o Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors o Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security and antivirus tools o Support for IT admin (user password and permission management) o Update status and report by periodical (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) o Receive problems from 1st tier, work around in admin concern point and troubleshooting o Maintain proper IT documentation o Other assignment that relates the job improvement *50% Technical Support & 50% IT Document and Inventory

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• o Bachelor’s Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineer, or related fields o 2 – 5 years of experience in IT Support / IT Admin / IT Assistant and others related o Intermediate in English (Equivalent to TOEIC 600 up) – Coordinate with BMHC Thailand & Overseas via e-mail and rarely speak to provide additional IT information/report o Service-minded and able to communicate with IT and Non-IT staff in the company
