หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Contract review and drafting in English and Thai • Providing legal and compliance advice and support to legal/compliance issues. • Organizing and preparing documents for board meetings and shareholders meeting • To coordinate with the external lawyer regarding paper works for litigation case et. • Complete other tasks as may reasonably be requested.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST • Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in Laws • 3 - 5 years of experienced in the roles of Contract review and drafting • Good commend as verbal and writing communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC 750) • Strong analytical minded person, flexible, patient, loyal and willing to learn with pleasant personality and teamwork skill • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
