QA/QC Engineer for automotive/ Prawet Area/ Up to 30K with High Benefits URGENT

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • To coordinate with oversea and local customer in order to gathering customer information and follow up quality issue such as customer complaint, technical problem, supplier quality production, etc. • Able to operate / handle product since pre launch timing, mass production, service after sale and warranty timing. • To control and monitor supplier production and process to achieve our requirement and customer requirement. Implement, improve, monitor and maintain supplier quality system in whole process. • Systematically prepare and check quality control and quality assurance document such as ATIS-SDS, Process Flow Chart, Process Control Chart, Packaging Standard, etc and reported by following customer and supplier properly. • Supplier quality audit such as full system audit, pre-production (high volume production timing) audit, countermeasure audit • To responsibility the quality of purchase product from supplier. • Inspection of supplier parts as appearance, color, dimension, function and etc.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or any related field. • 1-3 years’ direct experience in Automotive Industry in QS/QA/Process Engineer. • Have knowledge ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, Quality Tool and Kaizen, etc. • Can read drawing and engineering specification. • Good command of English and Computer literacy. • Knowledge Toyota product, specification and an automotive accessory are preferable. • Can drive vehicle and have driving license • Flexible working and Creative solving of technical problems.
