• • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success. • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases. • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree • Experience over 0-3 years (Open with fresh grad) • Able to communicate in English • Microsoft skill / Have some knowledge of engineer technical term or Shipment term. • Can work with team and independent work. / Eager for knowledge and fast learning.
