หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• < OVERALL > • To gather information at the PJ construction site, actual progress of construction, site issue, and resolution way by not only visiting the construction site but also participating in relevant meetings with the business partner, based on support from supervisors. • And to check the construction drawing and construction site management are being carried out appropriately to ensure construction progress without delay and to keep a certain profit level. < RELATIONSHIP / NEGOTIATION > • Work closely with various internal teams in our company, and external local partners, construction company and CM company, and any business associates related to the business.Negotiate with the local parties concerned and also develop the good working relationship with them. < REPORTING > • Report regularly the construction progress, materials market situation, and whatever is relevant to the supervisor in English. < OTHER > • Other responsibilities including meetings organization, sharing construction information with other department people and any other required works related to the above

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• MUST: •A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Construction or equivalent at least 5 years' experience •Having enough experience in the real estate especially construction field, handling projects ranging from Residential properties •Good proficiency in English as well as Thai •Adaptability with Japanese business cultures •Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment GOOD TO HAVE: •Having good knowledge of the local real estate market with the related laws and regulations, analytical skills, presentation skills, financial modeling and management skills •Having a good skill of Microsoft Office •Having a good skill of Auto CAD, Sketch Up
