หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Support all store operations for all branches when store staff absent • Handle on E-Commerce transaction • Maintain effective communication channel with customers on telephone, email, company Line and Facebook. • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. • Deal with all issues that arise from customers. (Complaints, grievances etc.) • Support sales at store • Other tasks if there any requested

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's Degree in any related field. • No experience new graduate is welcome. • Experience in sales or retail business • Available to work on weekend (Sat-Sun) , Assigned by shift working. • Communicable level in English • Pleasant personality with excellent service attitude. • Can work well under pressure, good team player and time management skills • Able to travel to another branch as assigned
