หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - We provide berrymobile mobile service (SIM card, mobile devices, Wifi, security soft and so on) to Japanese customers and Thai customers. In addition, SRC sales Dept. has editing of Guide book(SRC guide), Dry cleaning (Kikuya). - This job is about Sales and back office assistant activity (berrymobile name : Sales). 70%: Sales - To introduce berrymobile service for Japanese company (if customer is Thai customer). Also go to customer's office with Japanese sales if need. (*Not every day) - (new task from 2021) To assist advertising sales for SRC guide book *Include: Shooting movie and edit video for Youtube channel - (new task from 2021) To assist sales and operation for Dry cleaning (Kikuya) 30%:Back office assistant - To take care existing corporate customer support (about 100 companies) * Support all corporate customers with Japanese sales staff and Back office staffs. - To assist Japanese sales as BO (Back Office) staff. - To cordinate signal etc. between Japanease sales and Thai mobile carrier (AIS/TRUE/DTAC). - To operate customer system menu (input, Check, and output data)

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Japanese skill (JLPT N3 up) - English (Communicable level) - Basic computer skill (Word, Excel, PPT, *Adobe soft(if possible)) - Character: Service oriented and kind personality
