Accounting officer (AP)/ Bangna area / PS1

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Process daily payments (AP) • Prepare payment report and issue WHT certificates • In charge of monthly VAT/WHT preparation • Maintain and file documents related to cost variance / AP • Reconcile VAT and Withholding tax reports to ensure accuracy within timeframe • Support for balance sheet reconciliation for account payable • Responsible for month-end and year-end account closing processes • Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and issues • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve purchasing, receiving and invoicing discrepancies • Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting • At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, • Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and processes • Good knowledge of local accounting standards and tax laws such as VAT and WHT. • Good at English • Knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel, with hands-on experience in accounting software.
