หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications • Be responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks security • Troubleshoot and provide assistance in system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults for internal users. • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports • Administers and control user accounts and IT assets. • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues • Perform task as assigned by Manager • Fix PC and Notebook

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field • At least 1 years experiences in IT supports. • Work experience in IT support and serviced-mind • Knowledge of windows, office 365, Ms offices, Ms outlook. • Networking (Lan/Wan/Wireless), switch, router. • Open mind to learn new thing and quickly adapt the environment change. • Good communication and problem solving skills and willing to learn.
