Accountant/ Up to 30K with High Benefit/BTS Bang Chak/URGENT

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Reconciliate bank slip with daily receivable report. - Follow up supporting documents from other department for recording accounts receivable - Recognize account receivable/sales according to the accounting policy. - Collect payment from customers within due and receive the check (billing) - Prepare tax Invoice document of Customer Consignment for billing - Prepare collection reports and outstanding accounts receivable reports (Consign, Credit, Cash). - Check the sales tax invoice and prepare the sales VAT report. - Reconcile match the record with the sales report of Sales Department. - Work together with supervisor to close of the account receivable within the due date - Calculate promotion expense and check the rebate and trade discount from sales report from customer - Handle works assigned by supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least 3 to 4 years experience of accounting receivable control for consignment sales in modern trade channel - Capable of English skill is required. (e-mail correspondence) - Good communication skill
