• •Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always. •Responding promptly to customer inquiries. •Knowing products inside and out so that you can answer questions. •Processing quotations, orders, applications, and requests. •Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. •Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. •Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. •Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment& following up to ensure resolution •Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information •Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed •Answering customer questions through a variety of means such as online chats, email, or phone calls. •Escalate the problems to the appropriate support teams

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years experiences in customer service at manufacturing company or call center Good skill in negotiation, problem solving, good explanation to customer. Can work under pressure from customer complain or limit schedule Basic command of English
